Job Description:
Executive Assistant & Office Manager
*Location: Mayfair (office based)
*Salary: up to £45k + benefits
We’re partnering with a design-led luxury real estate and hospitality business to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversee the smooth running of their Mayfair office.
This is a hands-on, pivotal role for a polished, proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
The role includes:
*Complex diary and meeting management
*Travel coordination and briefing preparation
*Managing correspondence and acting as a key point of contact
*Supporting projects and occasional personal administration
*Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Mayfair office
*Managing suppliers, facilities and office standards
*Supporting events, meetings and hospitality requirements
Candidate Profile
*Proven EA/PA experience (property, hospitality, luxury or private office preferred)
*Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
*Confidence supporting senior leadership
*A proactive, discreet and solutions-focused approach
