As part of our exciting expansion, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help fuel the next phase of our growth.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, your mission is to generate new business, build meaningful client partnerships, develop current relationships, and provide end to end high-quality recruitment services!
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and target new business opportunities across a variety of sectors
*Generate leads through outbound calls, networking, social selling, and email outreach
*Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
*Conduct discovery meetings to understand hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions
*Provide end to end recruitment (source/ match, interview, prepare and send CV’s to clients)
*Maintain accurate CRM records and an active sales pipeline
*Represent the Alexander Faraday brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence
About You
We’re looking for someone commercially minded, self self-driven, and motivated by success.
You will have:
*Business development or sales experience recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential
*End to end recruitment experience gained across multiple sectors disciplines
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive approach to generating leads and creating opportunities
*A consultative mindset with the ability to understand client challenges
*Ideally business relationships you can bring with you
*Drive, resilience, and a desire to earn excellent commission
*Strong organisation and the ability to manage a busy schedule
