Job Description:
Responsibilities:
*Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
*Source, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the BMS market.
*Create and deliver engaging technical presentations to demonstrate products and services to potential customers.
*Work closely with the engineering team to understand customer needs and provide effective pre- and post-sales support.
*Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through to successful project delivery.
*Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
*Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity.
*Prepare and submit regular reports covering sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts.
Requirements:
*Demonstrated experience in BMS project sales or a closely related discipline.
*Solid technical understanding of Building Management Systems.
*Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
*Capability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
*Highly self-motivated with a proactive, results-focused mindset.
*Willingness and flexibility to travel across the south of the UK as required.
