Pay Rate: £15 per hour
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver high-quality support in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
*Help plan and deliver engaging learning activities
*Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development
*Work closely with teachers and the wider Early Years team
*Maintain accurate observations and contribute to assessments
*Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently upheld
Requirements*Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above)
*Experience within an Early Years or primary school setting is desirable
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
*Commitment to supporting children’s development and wellbeing
