Job Description:
Job Advertisement: Project Coordinator - Build Relationships & Run Your Own Projects
Location: UK-based (infrequent travel) Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Imagine This:
You’re the go-to person for clients and colleagues alike-organised, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. You’re not just coordinating projects; you’re building relationships, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and making sure clients love working with you.
My client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team-someone who’s proactive, communicative, and ready to take ownership of their own projects while supporting others. If you love variety, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll start by building strong relationships with clients and their teams, earning their trust through your exceptional service and attention to detail. Soon, you’ll be running your own projects-with guidance at first, then with growing independence as you gain confidence.
Your days will involve: ? Managing multiple projects with varying deadlines-keeping everything on track without breaking a sweat. ? Collaborating closely with your project counterpart and senior team members, making sure everyone’s in the loop. ? Learning fast-soaking up training on products, procedures, and feedback, and asking questions whenever you need to. ? Keeping clients happy-so happy, in fact, that they recommend you and come back for more. ? Staying calm under pressure-prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and making it all look effortless.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck doing the same thing every day. You’ll work across a wide range of products and projects, so you’ll need to be open-minded, enthusiastic, and flexible. But don’t worry-you’ll always have support and guidance to help you succeed.
You’re a Great Fit If You: *Love building relationships-you’re the kind of person clients remember and trust.
*Have an eye for detail-nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
*Thrive in a fast-paced environment-you can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing your cool.
*Communicate clearly-whether it’s with clients, colleagues, or senior team members.
*Are eager to learn and grow-you’re not afraid to ask questions or seek advice when you need it.
*Stay organised and calm-even when things get busy.

You don’t need years of experience-just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for making things happen.
Why You’ll Love It: *Run your own projects-with support at first, then more independence as you grow.
*Work with a variety of clients and products-no two days are the same.
*Build a career with real progression-this is a role where you can develop, take on more responsibility, and make your mark.
*Be part of a supportive team-where your ideas and contributions are valued.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
If you’re organised, proactive, and ready to build a career in project coordination, this could be the role for you. Apply now-send your CV and a quick note about why you’d be great for this position.
(No fancy cover letter needed-just tell us why you’re excited about this opportunity!) ??
