The platform is already strong. The firm has an established private client practice across its wider network and both Edinburgh and Glasgow are key to its future plans. The incoming Partner will have the opportunity to shape and lead the local private client offering, supported by strong internal referral streams, an existing client base and a collaborative partnership group. Crucially, a client following or will bank is not essential; the focus is on attracting the right individual with the credibility and vision to grow the practice organically.

The work is high quality and relationship-led, including succession and estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation, trusts and executries, and wealth structuring for high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners. Much of the work is delivered alongside colleagues in corporate, property and family teams, ensuring a joined-up service for clients.
