About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils across the curriculum. Your responsibilities may include:
*Working one-on-one or with small groups of pupils
*Assisting the class teacher with planning and lesson delivery
*Helping manage classroom behaviour
*Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
*Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
You will have the chance to experience a range of school settings and age groups across Middlesbrough, helping you discover the environment that suits you best.
