We are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a supportive business based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional who is either fully qualified or nearing completion of their professional qualification and looking to take the next step in their career.
You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting business decision-making across the organisation.
*Preparation of monthly management accounts
*Producing variance analysis and financial commentary for senior management
*Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Supporting month-end and year-end processes
*Identifying trends in expenditure and supporting cost control initiatives
*Supporting operational teams with financial insight and reporting
*Assisting with audit preparation and statutory reporting where required
*Contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems
About you:
*CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
*Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Proactive approach with a desire to add value to the business
