SEN Autism Primary School - KS2
Monday - Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: M1 - UPS1 + SEN Allowance

Interviews: Interviews being held W/C 9th April, Trial Day - onboarded if successful.
38.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only) plus 3 training days during school holidays
We are working with a well-regarded SEN autism school in Colchester that is seeking a committed KS2 Teacher to join their experienced and caring team. This Colchester school focuses on delivering high-quality education tailored to pupils with autism and additional needs, helping every learner reach their full potential.
Job Overview:
* This SEN autism school caters for pupils aged 3-19.
* Full-time, Monday - Friday, KS2 Teacher role.
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils in Colchester.
* Plan, prepare and assess learning tailored to individual needs as a KS2 Teacher.
* Support pupils in developing communication, life skills, and independence.
* Work alongside therapists and support staff within the Colchester school environment.
This KS2 Teacher role in Colchester offers the chance to work in a supportive environment with small class sizes and strong pastoral care. Every KS2 Teacher is supported by a multidisciplinary team, allowing staff to focus on delivering engaging and meaningful learning experiences for pupils.
