This is an ideal role for an experienced teaching assistant looking to take on additional responsibilities, including leading lessons and supporting classroom management.

The Role:
* Delivering lessons to small groups or entire classes under teacher guidance
* Supporting the planning, preparation, and assessment of lessons
* Leading interventions in Maths, English, and other core subjects
* Mentoring and supporting less experienced teaching assistants
* Promoting positive behaviour and classroom engagement
* Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified HLTA with proven experience in a primary school setting
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident leading lessons and interventions
* Patient, adaptable, and proactive
