Founded over 100 years ago, the business design, manufacture, and service industrial equipment across a variety of sectors. With a strong reputation for innovation and quality, they are now looking for a QHSE Manager to lead and enhance their commitment to excellence in Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental performance.
As QHSE Manager, you will be the driving force behind their compliance with ISO standards (, and 45001), ensuring people, products, and processes meet the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage all aspects of QHSE across the business
*Maintain and develop QHSE systems, policies, and procedures
*Conduct internal and supplier audits, identifying improvements and ensuring conformance
*Champion a proactive health & safety culture, working closely with team leaders and senior management
*Provide QHSE training and support across the business
*Mentor and support the development of the HSE Administrator
I’m keen to speak to individuals with the following skillset:
*Proven experience in a QHSE role within manufacturing or engineering
*Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
*A NEBOSH qualification (essential)
*Experience leading audits and engaging with suppliers
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A passion for continuous improvement and building a positive safety culture
