What You Will Do:
• Lead the scheduling, reporting, and risk management for ten state-of-the-art test facilities, ensuring seamless operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including customers, engineers, technicians, and subject matter experts, to deliver high-quality test outcomes.
• Manage test scheduling updates on a weekly basis, ensuring effective workload control and customer satisfaction.
• Sign off on all reports within a three-week window post-test and proactively raise risks or impediments within 24 hours.
• Support continual improvement initiatives for test methods, enhancing service offerings and maintaining high facility standards.
• Play an integral role in Agile rollouts within the laboratory, contributing to process optimisation and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience in managing technical engineering teams and applying project planning to facility scheduling.
• Knowledge of JIRA and data analytics to measure area performance and identify solutions for improvement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements, including risk assessments, COSHH, and SDS.
• A proactive and flexible approach to workload management during peak periods.
