Job Description:
Are you passionate about early childhood development and the "power of play"?
Do you want the freedom to work in diverse Early Years settings across Leeds without the commitment of a permanent contract?
Could you be the supportive hand that helps a nursery or reception class thrive today?
Randstad Education is looking for enthusiastic and patient Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistants for supply opportunities across a variety of primary schools and nurseries in Leeds. Whether you are looking for part-time flexibility or full-time hours, we have local roles waiting for you.
The Role of an EYFS Supply TA In this role, no two days are the same. You will be supporting children aged 3-5, assisting with personal care, leading small group activities (such as phonics or messy play), and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can flourish.
Requirements * EYFS Knowledge: A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and developmental milestones.
* UK Experience: You must have previous experience working within a UK educational or childcare setting.
* Energy and Empathy: The ability to engage children through storytelling, outdoor play, and creative activities.
* Reliability: Since schools rely on you to maintain ratios, punctuality and a proactive attitude are essential.
The Benefits of Supply Work * Flexibility: You decide your availability, perfect for students, parents, or those seeking a better work-life balance.
* Variety: Gain experience in a range of Leeds schools, from private nurseries to large primary academy trusts.
* Zero Planning: Focus entirely on supporting the children and the class teacher without the burden of take-home paperwork.
* Weekly Pay: Receive competitive hourly or daily rates, paid directly to you every Friday.
Ready to Join Our Leeds Team? If you are an experienced TA with the essential UK experience required to make an impact in the Early Years, we would love to hear from you.
