An exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Director to join a new, up-and-coming firm starting early next year. They have a consistent stream of general residential conveyancing work already and through means we can discuss will be on all major and niche conveyancing panels within a few months. They have a comprehensive 5-year plan and are led by an ambitious and forward-thinking property lawyer. Based in the affluent area of Wilmslow.

The Role entails:*General management of the firm’s residential conveyancing department.
*Management of the conveyancing team and streamlining of processes.
*Delivering training and mentoring to junior staff members.
*Some business development acumen or a following of your own would be helpful.
*Management of a small caseload alongside your day-to-day responsibilities.

This is a key hire for the firm, and you will need to demonstrate clear expertise in residential conveyancing as well as a good track record of building and maintaining lasting relationships.
