Senior Team PA – Private Funds
A leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Team PA to join its highly respected Private Funds group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys providing high-quality support to senior legal stakeholders.

About the role
The Senior Team PA is an integral part of the Private Funds group, working closely with Partners, Senior Counsel, Associates and other fee earners. This position is varied, fast-paced and central to the effective running of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing tailored support to Partners and fee earners and acting as the first point of contact
• Managing complex diaries, inboxes and meeting schedules, including agendas and papers
• Coordinating internal and external meetings, room bookings, catering and equipment needs
• Assisting with travel arrangements, itineraries, visas and logistics
• Monitoring PA team workload, resourcing, performance and holiday allocation
• Supporting Practice Area Heads and Partners with structure charts, reports, agendas and communication updates
• Managing the full billing process, including reports, draft bills, amendments and credit notes
• Assisting the Revenue team with collections and drafting emails to clients for outstanding invoices
• Handling accounts payable, expenses, disbursements and internal budgets
• Managing matter openings, conflict searches, compliance, filing and archiving
• Supporting client events, seminars, bundles and other project work as required
• Maintaining CRM records and supporting business development activity through InterAction
• Coordinating with document production teams to ensure accurate and timely output
• Building strong relationships across the law firm and supporting other groups when needed
About you
To succeed in this Senior Team PA position, you should bring:
• At least five years’ experience as a PA within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and proof-reading ability
• A solid understanding of billing processes and strong numeracy skills
• A proactive, adaptable and self-motivated approach
• The ability to handle fluctuating workloads with professionalism and resilience
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to build relationships with Partners and business services teams
Secretarial qualifications such as RSA, CILEX or a legal secretarial diploma are desirable.
