Job Description:

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering well-structured lessons that support pupils’ academic progress and encourage curiosity and confidence in learning.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Supporting pupils with a range of learning abilities
* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
* Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
* Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has recent experience teaching in a primary school
* Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
* Is creative, enthusiastic and passionate about education
* Has strong organisational and communication skills
