We’re looking for a Smart Locker Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting the servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of smart locker systems across the UK.
This is a hands-on, field-based role combining hardware, software, and IT networking, with plenty of variety and customer interaction.


What you’ll be doing
*Servicing and maintaining smart locker systems
*Fault finding, diagnostics, and on-site rectification
*Carrying out lock conversions and hardware upgrades
*Software updates, configuration, and system commissioning
*Supporting network connectivity and IT-related issues
*Working directly with clients on-site (clear communication is key)
*Travelling nationally, with occasional international travel


What we’re looking for
*Experience with smart systems, or Access control systems
*Solid IT and networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, connectivity, troubleshooting)
*Confident working with software platforms and system updates
*Strong fault-finding skills across hardware and software
*Able to work independently and manage your own workload
*Competent, reliable, and solutions-focused
*A genuine people person with good customer-facing skills
*Full UK driving licence
