Job Description:
Collins Property Recruitment is working with a well-established and growing property management company that is looking to appoint a Block Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ block/property management experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Block Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of residential blocks.
*Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, landlords, and contractors.
*Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and compliance works.
*Attending and preparing for AGM and residents’ meetings.
*Ensuring compliance with health & safety and lease obligations.
*Managing service charge budgets and expenditure.
*Liaising with surveyors, managing agents, and freeholders.
Key Requirements
*1–2 years’ experience in block/property management.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Knowledge of service charges, leases, and property legislation.
*Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
*Professional, customer-focused approach.
*A full UK Driving licence and access to a car are essential.
