Salary – circa £25,466

What You’ll Be Doing
Fitness Instruction / Gym & Pool Supervision
*Deliver safe, effective and motivating gym sessions
*Support members with equipment use and personalised fitness plans
*Promote health and wellbeing using Trilogy Health & Fitness principles
*Carry out fitness assessments and monitor member progress
*Supervise swimming pools and dry-side areas safely
*Act within NPLQ standards
*Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
*Deliver excellent customer service to all users
*Support specialist programmes such as Activity on Referral
*Follow health, safety and safeguarding procedures at all times
*Support colleagues across sites where required


What You’ll Develop
*Fitness instruction and programme delivery
*Pool safety and emergency response
*Customer service, communication and confidence

*Teamwork, problem-solving and leadership readiness


What We’re Looking For
*Minimum Level 2 recognised Health & Fitness qualification (essential)
*NPLQ and First Aid at Work (desirable, training available if not held)
*A positive, professional and motivating approach
*Passion for health, wellbeing and customer experience
*Confidence working with a wide range of people
*Commitment to safety, standards and teamwork
Experience with Activity on Referral is desirable but not essential.
