Job Description:
Project Manager / Outside IR35/ Remote/ 3Month Contract
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide immediate support on a key technology rollout. There is an urgent need for a hands-on, delivery-focused professional to maintain momentum of the project and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
Responsibilities:
*Maintain and update the project plan and RAID log
*Track budget vs. actuals and flag variances
*Liaise weekly with restaurant operations teams to ensure alignment and readiness
*Run daily stand-ups and manage the project JIRA board, including ticket prioritisation
*Coordinate 6-weekly UAT releases with relevant stakeholders
*Oversee BA activities, integrations and testing (not hands-on, but strong coordination required)
*Ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are clearly communicated and managed
Requirements:
*Solid experience in project management, ideally within tech, digital, or retail/restaurant environments
*Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills
*Comfortable working at pace with cross-functional teams
*Able to hit the ground running and bring strong delivery discipline
