Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
*Support the Year 2 class, as a teaching assistant with their learning and development.
*Work closely with the class teacher as a Teaching Assistant to create engaging lessons.
*Provide small-group and one-to-one interventions to reinforce key learning areas.
*Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
*Encourage pupils’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
*Support children with SEND and additional learning needs when required.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
*Enthusiastic, proactive, and patient approach.
*Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
*A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
*A commitment to a long-term teaching assistant role in a primary school setting.
