Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Fee Earner
A highly regarded, multi-service law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its established and friendly property team based in Carlisle.
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary:£35,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
The Role
*Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from inception through to completion
*Handle a mix of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase matters
*Experience with new build and remortgage files would be advantageous
*Provide an excellent level of client care at all times
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
*Deal with and raise enquiries effectively
*Delegate tasks where appropriate to support staff
The Candidate
*Qualified or unqualified conveyancing fee earners will be considered, provided they have relevant experience
*Applications welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx qualified)
*Previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
