Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee Earner
A well-established, highly regarded law firm based in Wilmslow is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its friendly and supportive residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or unqualified fee earner looking to join a firm that offers a low-volume caseload, strong earning potential, and genuine long-term progression.
Remuneration & Benefits
*£35,000 - £50,000 DOE

The Role
*Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
*Handle a mix of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase matters
*Deal with enquiries, title checks, and completion processes
*Maintain excellent client care throughout the transaction
*Work closely with support staff and colleagues within the property team
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
The Candidate
*Qualified or unqualified fee earners will be considered with relevant conveyancing experience
*Applications welcome from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEx, or experienced Paralegals / Fee Earners
*Must be confident managing a caseload of Sale, Purchase, Freehold, Leasehold files with minimal supervision
*Strong communication and organisational skills required
*Ambition to progress within a growing firm is highly desirable
