Chichester, West Sussex
£40,000 – £55,000 OTE (Uncapped) + Company Car
Permanent | Full Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy automotive showroom in Chichester. Whether you already have motor trade experience or are looking to build a career in sales, we are looking for someone with enthusiasm, strong people skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Full training on vehicles and systems will be provided.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the car-buying journey, and help them choose the right vehicle and finance options.
Key responsibilities include:
*Welcoming customers and building strong relationships
*Demonstrating vehicles and arranging test drives
*Advising on pricing, finance options, and additional products
*Managing customer enquiries and following up leads
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
*Maintaining customer contact to encourage repeat business
*Organising your daily sales activity and prospecting for new customers
What We’re Looking For
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
*Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
*Good organisation and attention to detail
*Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and web systems)
*A willingness to learn and develop
Working Hours
*Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (with one weekday off)
*Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
*Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (1 in 4 rota)
