About the Teaching Assistant role:
Within your role as a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in addition to providing encouragement and support to children across key stages 3 and 4. You will also be responsible for providing support to those with behavioural challenges who require extra attention and support.


Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
*Excellent communication skills
*Right to work in the UK
*Strong behaviour management
*DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
