The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within Property Services, you’ll work closely with housing providers, contractors, and maintenance companies to supply skilled professionals across reactive maintenance, planned works, and property services.
Your day-to-day will include:
*Building strong relationships with property services clients
*Sourcing and placing skilled candidates into maintenance and housing roles
*Managing the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement
*Developing new business opportunities and growing your client base
*Managing a busy desk and delivering excellent service to clients and candidates
This is a sales-driven role where your effort, energy and resilience will directly impact your success and earning potential.
