Power BI & Analytics Lead - Ware - £65,000 to £70,000 per year - Hybrid 3 days per week on-site
FryerMiles are delighted to be working with an award-winning MSP company to assist with their recruitment of a Power Bi & Analytics Lead based in Ware.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Act as the owner of business reporting across the organisation
*Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports issued by the leadership teams
*Maintain clear definitions for key business metrics and KPIs
*Translate complex data into clear practical business insight
*Work closely with stakeholders across different teams to understand reporting needs
*Communicate confidently with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
*Act as the main point of ownership for reporting across the organisation
*Collaborate with system owners and technical teams to implement more complex system changes.
Requirements:
*Recent 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role, within an MSP
*Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
*Solid understanding with Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard development
*Excellent stakeholder management and engaging with C-suite stakeholders
*Microsoft certifications in either of the below - Microsoft Power BI data Analyst (PL-300, PL-200,PL-100)
*Understanding of Azure data services or modern data platforms
*Experience in SQL and Data Modelling
*A team player with a positive, proactive attitude willing to learn
*Ability to be flexible and work to changing priorities
