What You’ll Do
*Deliver engaging Functional Skills English & Maths (Entry Level–Level 2)
*Adapt lessons to meet individual needs within small classes or 1:1
*Track progress and celebrate every milestone
*Work closely with a skilled, supportive SEN and pastoral team
*Create a calm, positive learning space where students can succeed
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is:
*A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Functional Skills tutor
*Confident with differentiation and supporting SEN/SEMH learners
*Patient, creative, and resilient
*Passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and grow
