Carry out regular inspections and general maintenance of the premises to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Maintain accurate records and reports of tasks completed to support smooth daily operations.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations when required.
Support the management team with general duties to ensure the effective running of the facility.
