Our client is a London-based auction house specialising in property. We deliver professional auction services to buyers and sellers across the UK.
They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Auction Administrator to support the auctions team with the smooth running of sale preparation, client communication and administrative operations.
Role Overview
The Auction Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the auctions team. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the lead-up to auction sales.
The position is office-based.
Key Responsibilities
Auction Administration
*First Responder to our info@ email address responding to enquiries
*Responding and listening to all voicemails
*Assisting the team with auction related tasks
*Preparing Marketing Report
*Chasing Legal Packs
*Sending out HTL’S on the relevant properties.
*Management of Sale Boards.
Client & Enquiry Management
*Handle telephone and email enquiries from buyers, vendors and the public
*Provide administrative support to auction specialists and management
*Liaise with external clients, vendors and internal departments
*Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Auction Event Support
*Assist with the organisation and logistics of auction events
*Provide administrative support during auction days
Skills & Experience
Essential
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Professional telephone manner
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*High level of discretion and confidentiality
Technical Skills
