Commercial Real Estate Solicitor
Bristol
My client is looking to recruit an experienced real estate lawyer to oversee a junior team delivering property management support for landlord clients. The team handles a high volume of leasing and post-completion work across commercial property portfolios, including leases, renewals and a range of tenant applications and consents.
What this position will offer is an alternative career path within private practice particularly if you enjoy the technical side of property work, team leadership and development.
The role
*Oversee and support a paralegal team managing commercial property matters
*Act as a senior point of contact for clients
*Provide technical input on more complex matters
*Ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed service standards
*Contribute to the ongoing development, training and performance management of the team
About you
*Qualified commercial real estate lawyer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
*Strong background in commercial leasing and property management matters
*Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
*Confident working with clients
