Accounts Receivable Assistant

*Working Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Accounts Receivable Assistant our clients team on a temporary position. This role requires managing multiple ledgers across various currencies, running debtor management calls, and ensuring accurate pricing input. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and experience in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage multiple ledgers from invoice issuance to cash posting in various currencies.
*Conduct debtor management calls with all sales managers to ensure timely collections.
*Responsible for accurate inputting of prices, including understanding and applying duty calculations.
*Where necessary, handle Accounts Payable tasks such as posting debit notes and creating payments.
*Maintain high standards of data accuracy and ensure all financial transactions are processed efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
*Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
*A proactive and pragmatic attitude with the ability to work independently.
*Excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with management.
