Job Description:
CNC MILLER - ROTATING SHIFTS
A well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield is looking to recruit a CNC Miller to join their machining team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable company with a strong reputation for quality engineering and long-term staff retention.
The role involves operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components, ensuring all parts meet strict quality and safety standards.
SHIFT PATTERN
*2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Days Off
*Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
*Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am
RESPONSIBILITES
*Set and operate CNC milling machines
*Read and interpret engineering drawings
*Ensure components are produced to tight tolerances and quality standards
*Carry out basic machine adjustments and tool changes
*Conduct routine quality checks and measurements
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment
REQUIREMENTS
*Previous experience operating CNC milling machines
*Ability to read technical / engineering drawings
*Experience working in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
*Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
