Primary Teaching Assistant - The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities and assist pupils both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required. You will help pupils access learning, support behaviour and classroom routines, and deliver targeted interventions when needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient, and enthusiastic, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
