The Opportunity;
My client, a fast-growing, complex generation business operating across the UK & Ireland are recruiting for a permanent HR Transformation lead. With significant planned investment, major infrastructure and life-extension projects, the organisation is entering a period of rapid transformation and expansion. This is a commercially dynamic, project-heavy and stable sector with long-term growth ahead.
Key Responsibilities;
This is a high impact, project-focused role working directly with the People Director to deliver major transformation across multiple sites. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys variety, and wants accelerated development. You will lead key people-related changes linked to OD, reward, integration, performance and workforce planning, offering valuable exposure that would suit perfectly for an aspiring future HRD.
Ideal candidate;
*Strong HR generalist background with transformation or OD experience.
*Solid track record managing major transformation projects
*Highly numerate, analytical and comfortable with data modelling.
*Hands-on and comfortable delivering work independently.
*Thrives in complex, fast-moving, multi-site environments.
*Confident with senior stakeholders and able to navigate ambiguity.
*Ambitious and development-oriented- ready for HRD-level stretch.
