Job Description:
A growing B2B beauty business is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for beauty salon owners, practitioners, and the field sales team, helping them with orders, enquiries, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
No previous customer service experience is required, what matters most is a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll:
*Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp
*Help salon owners and practitioners with questions about orders and products
*Process orders from the sales team and make sure everything is accurate
*Follow up with customers to gather any missing information needed to complete orders
*Track deliveries and work with couriers to resolve any delays
*Record customer interactions and order details in Salesforce
*Respond to reviews and help maintain excellent customer service standards
*Build knowledge of the company’s products and services
