Location: Christchurch
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 OTE (depending on experience)

Pembrook Resourcing are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our client’s busy dealership in Christchurch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motorcycle enthusiast with strong sales and customer service skills to develop a successful career within the motor trade.
Key Responsibilities
*Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a professional and engaging experience.
*Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motorcycles and accessories.
*Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
*Arrange and conduct test rides in line with dealership procedures.
*Promote finance, insurance, and additional products.
*Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle models, specifications, and promotions.
*Ensure the showroom and motorcycles are presented to a high standard.
*Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
*Previous sales experience, ideally within motorcycles, automotive, or retail.
*A genuine passion for motorcycles and the motor industry.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Target-driven with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Full UK driving licence and motorcycle licence preferred.
