Pembrook Resourcing are looking for a motivated and experienced Motorcycle Team Leader to join our client’s dealership in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with leadership experience to manage and develop a high-performing motorcycle sales team while achieving excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
*Leading and managing the motorcycle sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
*Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to improve performance and customer service.
*Managing the full sales process, including customer enquiries, test rides, and handovers.
*Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products to maximise revenue.
*Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
*Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to improve results.
*Ensuring the showroom and motorcycles are presented to the highest standards.
*Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
*Reporting sales performance and forecasting to senior management.
Requirements
*Proven experience in motorcycle or automotive sales, with previous leadership or supervisory experience.
*Strong passion for motorcycles and the motor industry.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
*Target-driven, proactive, and motivated.
*Ability to work under pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced dealership environment.
*Full UK driving licence; motorcycle licence preferred.
