Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 OTE (depending on experience)

Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our client’s busy dealership in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for motorcycles and sales to join a successful and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
*Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a professional and friendly experience.
*Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable motorcycles and accessories.
*Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
*Arranging and conducting motorcycle test rides in line with dealership procedures.
*Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products.
*Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle models, specifications, and promotions.
*Ensuring the showroom and display motorcycles are presented to a high standard.
*Achieving individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
*Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales would be advantageous.
*A genuine passion for motorcycles and the motor industry.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Target-driven with a motivated and proactive attitude.
*Ability to work well in a fast-paced dealership environment.
*Full UK driving licence and motorcycle licence preferred.
