We’re looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Compounder to join our manufacturing team and learn the specialist skills needed to create the unique material blend that forms our "Anglian White" windows.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Compounder, you will learn how to prepare and measure precise quantities of powder compounds used in our extrusion machines. These materials are essential for producing high-quality windows, so your role will be key to maintaining our excellent standards.

*Ensure consistency and quality in every batch
*Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
*Work closely with the extrusion and production teams
*Use basic maths skills to calculate quantities and adjustments
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
*Have strong attention to detail
*Are confident using numbers and basic maths
*Enjoy practical, hands-on work
*Are eager to learn, reliable, and safety-conscious
*Work well as part of a team
*Take pride in doing a job accurately and carefully
No previous manufacturing experience is needed — we’ll provide full training.
What You’ll Gain
*A recognised qualification in manufacturing
*On-the-job training from experienced professionals
*A clear career pathway within the business
*A supportive environment focused on growth and development
*The chance to be part of a friendly, dedicated team
