Job Description:
Emergency Response Staffing can offer regular A&E shifts across the Southwest of England

Key Responsibilities:
*Delivering care plans for patients and ability to work efficiently within a busy A&E department
*Monitoring vital signs
*Carrying out assessments and blood tests
*Liaising with other team members including doctors and senior nurses
*Observing patient’s condition and recording information
*Administering medications
*Communicating with patients and their families
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
*Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a RegisteredNurse.
*Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
*Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in patient care.
*Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy towards patients’ experiences.
*At least 6 months’ NHS experience as an Accident & Emergency Nurse (within the last 3 years).
*Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining patient records and accessing medical information.
*UK right to work.
*Enhanced DBS clearance required.
