Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef in Lincoln, you’ll be responsible for:
*Managing and running a designated kitchen section
*Preparing and presenting dishes to quality standards
*Organising mise en place and ensuring smooth service
*Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
*Monitoring stock, reducing waste, and controlling portions
*Working with the team to maintain consistency and efficiency


What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking Chefs who have:
*Strong cooking skills in their specific section
*Consistency and attention to detail in food quality and presentation
*Good time management and the ability to perform under pressure
*Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
*Leadership skills to supervise and support junior staff
*Teamwork and clear communication with other kitchen sections
*Organisation and discipline in mise en place
*Reliability and professionalism (punctual, calm, accountable)
*Cost awareness, including portion control and minimal waste
