Job Description:
Do you have an eye for excellent customer service? Do you have great experience working in travel? Are you looking for 100% remote working? A luxury travel company is looking for an enthusiastic Travel Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is a permanent position paying a great salary of up to £25,000 pa plus great benefits including the option to work 100% remote.
You’ll be working alongside a supportive team to answer and resolve customer queries and complaints via email, letter, and telephone, ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and to the highest professional standards. You’ll apply your excellent knowledge of travel to support the wider customer service team. You may have worked in a similar position, or possibly as a travel host.
This is a great hybrid or remote job for a charismatic and empathetic person with great communication skills and some experience working in a customer service environment. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team and gain some excellent experience of working within the travel industry and alongside some real industry-leading experts.

As the Travel Customer Service Executive, you will:
*Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, letter, and email.
*Investigate and resolve customer complaints in line with company processes in a timely manner to ensure the best outcome for the customer and the business.
*Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
*Identify potential problems with guest service and proactively work to improve the customer experience.
As the Travel Customer Service Executive, you will have:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Excellent experience working within travel.
*Experience in managing and resolving customer complaints.
*Understanding of the customer journey, including standards and guidelines.
*Drive to manage and exceed targets.
