Court of Protection Solicitor - Bristol - £55,000DOE
My client is a well-established national firm seeking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded department managing substantial client funds and supporting individuals who have suffered acquired brain injuries and received significant damages awards.
You will:
*Run your own caseload of Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters
*Support the preparation of Court of Protection and OPG applications
*Help manage day-to-day financial administration for clients under deputyship
*Liaise with clients, families, case managers, and third parties
*Assist with property transactions, insurance matters, and property adaptation projects
*Support business development initiatives and team projects
*Keep up to date with COP and PI Trust developments

*Previous Court of Protection experience (ideally property & affairs)
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client-care skills
*A proactive team player who can also work independently
*A genuine interest in working with vulnerable clients
*Keen interest in business development
*2-4 years PQE
What’s on Offer
*Salary £55,000 DOE
*25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and birthday off
*Hybrid working (1 day in the office a week)
*5.5% employer contribution
