Building Condition Surveyor B&CE
*Salary: £55,000 per annum
*Hours: 37.5 hours per week
*Location: Tidworth

Your Role:
*Conduct B&CE condition surveys in accordance with Strategic Asset Management programme.
*Determine serviceability of building fabric and produce documented reports.
*Conduct RFHI inspections and produce reports.
*Review draft asset condition reports.
*Plan and conduct ESTC inspections.
*Identify building defects and recommend solutions.
*Advise on preservation of historic buildings.
*Prepare insurance reinstatement assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
Technician or Incorporated Engineer membership of either the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) or other equivalent Charted body.
HNC/HND or equivalent qualification. Trade background or 3+ years’ experience.
Full UK driving licence.

Experience & Knowledge:
*Experience in B&CE and M&E projects.
*Experience in Project Management or Construction Management roles.
*Knowledge of building regulations.
*Analytical and structured approach to work.
*Working knowledge of CDM regulations.
*Effective communication with stakeholders.
Skills:
*Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
*Proactive and flexible approach under pressure.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
