Job Description:
Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000
Location: Okehampton, Exeter
Our client is currently looking to recruit a sales account manager to manage two key client accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has the ability to build lasting relationships and also has the ability to maximise accounts.
Purpose:
To manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
*Identify growth opportunities within accounts (upsell/cross-sell).
*Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
*Conduct regular account reviews and present performance updates.
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services/products.
*Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
*Handle contract negotiations and renewals.
Skills & Experience
*Experience in B2B sales or account management.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload.
*Confident negotiator with a results-driven approach.
*CRM proficiency
