Energy Optimisation Sales Associate
Role Overview:
City Elite are working with a global provider of technology solutions, who are seeking an Energy Optimisation Sales Associate to join a growing team focused on helping clients optimise their energy portfolios and manage risk. This is a unique opportunity to work with innovative solutions that support financial and operational efficiency in the gas and power markets.
The role combines technical sales, client relationship management, and market insight, giving you the chance to influence product development while driving business growth. You will work closely with internal teams but also operate independently to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain a sales pipeline, establishing new client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
*Manage the full sales process, from prospecting through onboarding, including technical setup and contractual agreements.
*Collaborate with product and technical teams to provide client feedback and market insights.
*Analyze client and market data to uncover trends, opportunities, and optimisations.
*Develop and improve client-facing sales and marketing materials.
Requirements:
*University degree or equivalent.
*Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly, demonstrating the value of solutions to clients.
*Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or complex sales environments with long sales cycles.
*Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
*Knowledge of European or US gas and power markets is desirable but not essential.
*Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
*Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
