Remote Conveyancer
A national firm is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a supportive structure, strong systems and a clear bonus scheme for those comfortable managing its own caseload.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post completion
*Handle a mix of sales and purchases including freehold and leasehold transactions
*Deal with matters such as shared ownership, title queries and enquiries
*Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents and lenders
*Progress matters efficiently while maintaining excellent client service
Experience Required
*Minimum 3 years’ experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
*Proven ability to manage files independently
*Experience dealing with sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters
*Exposure to shared ownership transactions would be advantageous
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume caseload
Salary and Benefits
*Competitive basic salary depending on experience
