Shape and lead the future of our manufacturing capability
We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a bold, commercially astute Production Manager to elevate our manufacturing performance and help shape the future of our operations.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a performance role.
You will take ownership of a growing production function and lead from the front, driving delivery, strengthening discipline, improving cost performance and building a resilient, high-performing team in a technology-led manufacturing environment.
If you are motivated by raising standards, solving complex operational challenges and leaving a lasting impact, this is your opportunity.
What you’ll own
*Full accountability for delivering production safely, on time, in full and to quality standards
*Labour planning, budget control and operational cost performance
*Driving measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency and delivery reliability
*Embedding Lean principles and a mindset of continuous improvement
*Strengthening health & safety leadership and regulatory compliance
*Building capability through coaching, succession planning and performance management
*Partnering cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to support scalability and new product introduction
*Promoting consistent manufacturing standards across sites
Who you are
You are an experienced production leader who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. You bring energy, structure and accountability. You are commercially aware, data-driven and comfortable making decisions under pressure.
You don’t just manage production; you improve on it.
You will have:
*Proven experience leading manufacturing or production teams
*Strong cost control and delivery performance management capability
*Experience implementing Lean or continuous improvement programmes
*Solid health & safety and quality compliance knowledge
*The ability to analyse performance data and turn insight into action
*A leadership style that builds ownership, resilience and high standards
A degree in engineering or production management is desirable. IOSH (minimum) or NEBOSH certification is preferred.
Why this role matters
You will play a critical role in strengthening our manufacturing capability at a pivotal stage of growth. The impact you make here will shape how we scale.
If you are ready to step into a role with real ownership, visibility and influence, we want to hear from you.
