Business Analyst - Change/Transformation

Business Analyst required for a leading client in the West Midlands area. My client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to come on board to part of a large transformation programme of work all centralised around Digital and Change programmes.
Key skills and responsibilities,
*Extensive experience as a Business Analyst
*Background in business change initiatives
*Comprehensive involvement in end-to-end transformation projects
*Proven track record working within digital environments, with hands-on implementation and adoption of apps and websites
*Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
*Ability to identify, define, and support change efforts that enhance customer value and drive commercial benefits
*Skill in engaging and persuading stakeholders to ensure necessary input, buy-in, and support for successful project outcomes
*Proficient in eliciting, documenting, and agreeing upon comprehensive requirements for changes affecting people, processes, and technology
